Registration

Welcome to the registration for the upcoming conference! You can register here with the conference tool INDICO until August 27. If you register before May 28, you can take advantage of the early bird prices. Note, that some social events only allow for a restricted number of participants and the available places are allocated after the “first-come-first-served” principle. If you also want to present your paper at the conference, please do not forget to submit your abstract here.

Payment Confirmation

Unfortunately, there is currently no confirmation page in case you pay via credit card, but you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that you are registered as soon as you have paid.
If you pay via bank transfer, it can take up to two weeks until you receive a confirmation of your registration.

Invoices

The invoice for your registration fee will be provided to you at the registration desk on the day of the conference. In case you unexpectedly cannot attend the conference, e-mail us after the end of the conference, and we will send you the invoice.

Included in Registration

Every registration type (except “Accompanying Person”) includes:

admittance to all sessions and the exhibition at the venue;
conference material;
coffee and tea throughout the conference;
lunch on Wednesday, August 30, and Thursday, August 31;
departure lunch box on Friday, September 1;
public transport ticket;
wireless internet access at the conference;
Welcome Reception (on Tuesday, August 29, starting at 6:00 pm);
Senate Reception (on Wednesday, August 30, entry from 6:30 pm, application is necessary during the registration to the OR 2023)

Cancellation policy

100% refunds for cancellation of “Early Bird” registrations are only feasible until May 28th. After that date, a full refund is not possible.
For all other registrations, we adhere to the following cancellation policy for the conference:

If cancellations are received 60 days before the start of the OR 2023 conference, they will receive an 75 % refund of their paid registration.
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the start of the OR 2023 conference will receive a 50 % refund of their paid registration.
Any cancellation received less than 30 days before the start of the conference will not be refunded.
If the conference is turned into an online format in case of unforeseeable events, we will make refunds based on our ability to cancel commitments.

All refund requests must be sent by email to "GOR2023.bwl@uni-hamburg.de". The effective date is the date of dispatch.
